Sponsor a Bale of Hay

By News to Chew

To feed the ODF Herd requires 4 bales every 2-weeks. Each bale weighs about 900 pounds and lasts on average 3 1/2 days. We hand pull twice a day to minimize waste from the horses pulling it out and stepping on it as well as not losing hay to being rained on and getting moldy.

Bales cost $70 if purchased in advance.
90 bales needed for a year.

We would like to continue purchasing in advance as it saves costs. We have enough hay purchased and being stored by the farmer to carry us through April.

Would you consider sponsoring a bale of hay for the ODF Herd?

What a blessing it is having your support as we continue to grow helping horses in need.
